We're currently hiring a motivated and experienced technician to lead complex repairs on high-end appliances. Requirements
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
- Strong technical skills and leadership qualities
- A commitment to excellence, safety, and teamwork
Job Duties
- Diagnose and repair high-end residential appliances, including washers, dryers, refrigerators, ranges, and freezers
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians as needed
- Utilize laptop and phone to research repair problems, look up parts & schematics, and document job details
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vans
- Daily travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, and surrounding counties
Experience Required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Valid driver's license
- 3+ years of appliance repair experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Mechanical and electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
