Our story began in the 1990s, when we operated a brick-and-mortar Maytag retail and service store that served customers throughout Miami and South Florida. From 1990 through 2002, this location was the foundation of our business and the place where our commitment to quality appliance service was built.
During this time, our founder, Al Gonzalez Sr., worked hands on in the business, developing long-standing relationships with homeowners and earning a reputation for dependable, honest service. One of the defining moments from this era includes a visit from the iconic Maytag Man, a proud reflection of our early partnership and dedication to the brand.
Our original Maytag service vehicles serviced neighborhoods across Miami long before online scheduling, GPS, or smart appliances. What mattered then is what still matters today: showing up on time, doing the job right, and standing behind our work.
Decades later, we remain family owned and operated, continuing to serve South Florida with the same values, experience, and work ethic that started it all.
